在这些方案中，User1 在使用“ 添加共享文件夹 ”选项添加邮箱后，User1 无法展开 User2 的邮箱。 此外，User1 还会收到以下错误消息：

无法完成请求。
你可能没有执行此操作的权限。

注意 在方案 2 中，如果 User1 在本地有一个邮箱，而 User2 在云 (有一个邮箱，无论哪个环境承载哪个邮箱) ，User1 都不能扩展 User2 的邮箱。

原因

AddSharedFolder 请求成功，并将共享邮箱添加到文件夹列表。 但是，扩展共享邮箱的请求将代理到用户的邮箱服务器。 这会触发“WrongServerVersionException”消息和 HTTP 500 状态。 HTTP 响应可能包括以下内容：
