當您選取信箱記錄上的 [核准 Email] 按鈕時，您會收到下列錯誤：

「錯誤
CrmSecurity 發生失敗。 如果您連絡支持人員，請提供技術詳細數據。」

原因

如果您嘗試以沒有下列兩個必要角色的使用者身分核准電子郵件，就會發生此錯誤：

• Office 365 中的全域管理員或 Exchange 系統管理員
• Dynamics 365 中的系統管理員安全性角色

解決方案

根據預設，Dynamics 365 要求 Dynamics 365 中電子郵件位址的核准是由具有原因一節中所述之兩個必要角色的人員執行。 Dynamics 365 中的系統管理員角色或 Office 365 中的 Dynamics 365 服務管理員角色不足以執行此動作。 如需如何停用此需求的詳細資訊，請參閱 Dynamics 365 中信箱核准的變更。
