原因：未为 Machine Translation Service 应用程序代理正确配置 OAuth。

解决方法：确保每个含机器翻译服务应用程序代理的 Web 应用程序都与 User Profile Service 应用程序和 App Management Service 应用程序建立了连接，且处于基于声明的身份验证模式。

  1. 确认执行此过程的用户帐户是 Farm Administrators 组的成员。

  2. On the SharePoint Central Administration website, click Application Management.

  3. On the Application Management page, in the Service Applications section, click Configure service application associations.

  4. In the Application Proxy Group column, click the proxy group for the Web application or service application that you want to configure. Usually it is the default Application Proxy Group.

  5. 选中“User Profile Service 应用程序代理”复选框和“App Management Service 应用程序代理”复选框。

  6. 返回到管理中心，并在“应用程序管理”部分，单击“管理 Web 应用程序”。

  7. 单击要配置的 Web 应用程序，然后单击功能区上的“身份验证提供程序”按钮。

  8. Ensure that the Membership Provider Name for the Default zone is Claims Based Authentication. If not, you have to migrate the Web applications from classic mode to claims-based authentication.
