    I'm part way through it and I think that is pretty good. I've ordered the book but I am using the drafts to start reading now. Maybe you can get your company to buy it for you?

    This book is really interesting and well-done, but your blog is really interesting, maybe more than the books (that I've on my hand).Don't stop posting interesting things about CRM :)
