在重试逻辑中和应用重试时间延迟后,每次执行命令时,命令 超时 都会重启。 这两个操作之间没有时间重叠。

注意
具有 CommandBehavior.CloseConnection 的命令与内置重试逻辑不兼容。 基础连接在第一次执行尝试后立即关闭,并且不再可用于后续重试。
