Parameters

[in] GUID of the source control provider.
Returns
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.

When the source control package is first initialized, it calls this method so Visual Studio knows the package is ready. The source control package makes this call either in its override of Initialize (if the source control package is derived from the Package class) or of the SetSite method (if the package implements the IVsPackage interface directly).
