要插入的对象。

Insert(Int32, Object)

index 不是 IList 中的有效索引。

IList 为只读。

IList 具有固定的大小。

value 是 IList 中的 null 引用。

此成员是显式接口成员的实现。它只能在 Array 实例被强制转换为 IList 接口时使用。
