应插入 value 的从零开始的索引。

value

Object

要插入到 IList 的 Object。

例外

ArgumentOutOfRangeException

index 不是 IList 中的有效索引。

ArgumentException

value 是一个无法赋值给 IList 的类型。

注解

如果 index 等于 IList 中的项数，则将 value 追加到末尾。

此方法是 O (n) 操作，其中 n 为 Count。
