Clear	0	指定不对密码进行加密。 此字段为常数。
MD5	2	指定使用 MD5 哈希算法对密码进行加密。 此字段为常数。 由于 MD5 出现冲突问题，Microsoft 建议使用基于 SHA256 或更高版本的安全模型。
