StartProcessing()	此 API 支持产品基础结构，不能在代码中直接使用。 开始处理辅助进程管线中的所有项。
StopProcessing()	此 API 支持产品基础结构，不能在代码中直接使用。 停止处理辅助进程管线中的项。
