SoapRpcServiceAttribute允许将 XML Web 服务中 XML Web 服务方法的默认编码样式设置为RPC方法编码和Encoded参数编码。

Web Services Description Language (WSDL) 为 XML Web service 方法或操作在 SOAP 请求或 SOAP 响应中编码定义了两种样式： RPC 和 Document。 样式 RPC 是指根据 SOAP 规范的第 7 节对 XML Web 服务方法进行编码，以便将 SOAP 用于 RPC。 此样式指定所有参数都封装在以 XML Web service 方法命名的单个元素中，并且该元素中的每个元素都表示一个以其各自的参数名称命名的参数。

若要将默认方法级别编码设置为 Document，请将 应用于 SoapDocumentServiceAttribute 实现 XML Web 服务的 类。
