Returns a value that indicates whether the UIElement3D that is associated with this UIElement3DAutomationPeer can accept keyboard focus. This method is called by IsKeyboardFocusable().

Classes that inherit from UIElement3DAutomationPeer typically do not need to override IsKeyboardFocusableCore.
