值为 true 时可在发生唤醒事件时禁止将系统的电源状态恢复为活动状态；值为 false 时可在发生唤醒事件时允许将系统的电源状态恢复为活动状态。

如果正在挂起该系统，则为 true；否则为 false。

如果应用程序在 20 秒内未响应暂停请求，Windows 将确定它处于无响应状态，并且应用程序可以进入睡眠状态或终止。但是，应用程序响应挂起请求后，可能需要花费任何时间来清理资源并关闭活动进程。
