实现 IProfileNotification 接口的跟踪服务将引发 ProfileUpdated 事件，以通知运行时跟踪基础结构特定工作流 TrackingProfile 的 Type 已更改。 跟踪服务使用 ProfileUpdatedEventArgs 将工作流 Type 和新的 TrackingProfile 提供给运行时跟踪基础结构。 例如，SqlTrackingService 在其引发 ProfileUpdatedEventArgs 事件时使用 SqlTrackingService.ProfileUpdated。 当运行时跟踪基础结构收到 ProfileUpdated 事件时，它将在其配置文件缓存中更新指定工作流 Type 的跟踪配置文件。
