如果此 XamlType 表示可构造类型，则为 true；否则为 false。

注解

可以通过调用此方法来 IsConstructible调用此方法。

默认实现使用 CLR 反射。UnderlyingType 该类型必须是混凝土、非嵌套和关闭的。 默认实现检查类型是否为值类型和返回值 ConstructionRequiresArguments。 对于 null UnderlyingType，此方法返回 true。

如果要 IsConstructible 返回不同于默认内部反射启用的值，请重写此方法。
