只要用户或以编程方式更改 TextBox 控件的内容，就会调用事件处理程序。

注意

此事件在创建 TextBox 控件并初始填充文本时触发。

定义 TextBox 控件

在定义 TextBox 控件的 Extensible Application Markup Language (XAML) 中，使用与事件处理程序方法名称匹配的值指定 TextChanged 属性。
