(RUS) Update an electronic reporting document
Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2
Use the Version form to update an electronic reporting document after you import the report data.
Click General ledger > Reports > External > Electronic documents list.
Select the document, and then click View.

The View button is available only for documents that have a status of Received, Approved, or Finished.
Click Edit > Restore, and then click Open to restore the original values.

You can restore the values only before you click Edit > New or Edit > Save.
Click Edit > Save to save any changes in the current version of the document. After you save the file, you cannot restore the original values or update the document versions.
Click Edit > New, and then in the Note line field, enter a description for the version.
Click OK, and then click Open. A new version of the document is opened in the Version form. This version replaces the previous version of the document.
