2.2.3.3.2 AccountId (Settings)
The AccountId element is an optional child element of the Account element in Settings command responses (section 2.2.1.18). The value of this element identifies an account. The server MAY return this element in Settings command responses.

The primary account, as identified by the PrimarySmtpAddress element (section 2.2.3.138), does not have an AccountId value.
