2.2.3.196 Value
The Value element is a required child element of the GreaterThan element, the LessThan element, and the EqualTo element in Search command requests. In each context, it specifies the value that is to be used in a comparison. The Value element value can be up to 1024 bytes in length.

The Value element is used in the query together with an element that specifies the name of a property. The value that is specified by the Value element is compared with the value of the specified property.
