Stops an application pool.

Description
The Stop-WebAppPool cmdlet stops the specified application pool.
Examples
Example 1: Stop an application pool
IIS:\> Stop-WebAppPool -Name "DefaultAppPool"
This command stops the application pool named DefaultAppPool.
