参数
index
类型：Object必选。 要返回的 Property 对象的索引。
返回值
类型：EnvDTE.Property
一个 Property 对象。
备注
传递给 Index 的值可以是 Properties 集合中某个 Property 对象的索引值，也可以是该集合中的某个 Property 对象的名称。
如果在集合中找不到指定值，则 Item 方法引发 ArgumentException 异常。
