FileSystemEventArgs 类作为参数传递给这些事件的事件处理程序：

当对 FileSystemWatcher 的指定 Path 中的文件或目录的大小、系统属性、最近写入时间、最近访问时间或安全权限进行更改时，会发生 Changed 事件。

当在 FileSystemWatcher 的指定 Path 中创建文件或目录时，会发生 Created 事件。

当删除 FileSystemWatcher 的指定 Path 中的某个文件或目录时，会发生 Deleted 事件。有关更多信息，请参见 FileSystemWatcher。
