参数

• x
  一个 SqlSingle 结构。

• y
  一个 SqlSingle 结构。

返回值

一个 SqlBoolean，它在两个实例不等时为 True，在两个实例相等时为 False。如果 SqlSingle 的任一实例为空，则 SqlBoolean 的 Value 将为 Null。
