ListView.ListViewItemCollection 存储显示在 ListView 控件中的项或指定给 ListViewGroup 的项。ListView 类中还定义了其他两个集合，使用这两个集合可确定选定了 ListView 控件中的哪些项。ListView.SelectedListViewItemCollection 类提供用于确定选定了 ListView 控件中哪些项的属性和方法，而使用 ListView.SelectedIndexCollection 类可确定选定了 ListView 控件的 ListView.ListViewItemCollection 中的哪些索引。除了选择集合类以外，还有两个类可确定选中了此集合中的哪些项（当 ListView 控件的 CheckBoxes 属性设置为 true 时）。

有多种方法可以向集合中添加项。Add 方法向集合添加单个项。要向集合中添加多个项，可创建一个项的数组，并将其传递给 AddRange 方法。如果要在集合内的特定位置插入某个项，可使用 Insert 方法。要移除项，可使用 Remove 方法，或者如果知道项在集合中的位置，也可使用 RemoveAt 方法。Clear 方法使您可以从集合中移除所有项，而不必使用 Remove 方法一次移除一个项。

除了用于添加和移除项的方法和属性以外，ListView.ListViewItemCollection 还提供在集合内查找项的方法。Contains 方法使您可以确定某个项是否为集合的成员。知道项位于集合中后，可以使用 IndexOf 方法来确定项在集合中的位置。
