Microsoft Dynamics 365 Reporting Extensions 是安装在 Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 服务器上的数据处理扩展插件。Microsoft Dynamics 365 Reporting Extensions 接受来自 Microsoft Dynamics 365 服务器 的身份验证信息并将这些信息传递给 Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 服务器。

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Reporting Extensions 安装程序包括两种数据处理扩展插件：Fetch 数据处理扩展插件和 SQL 数据处理扩展插件。 默认情况下，在 Microsoft Dynamics CRM Reporting Extensions 安装程序期间会安装这些扩展插件：

  • 必须有 Fetch 数据处理扩展插件才能创建、运行和安排基于 Fetch 的报表。

  • 必须要有 SQL 数据处理扩展插件，才能在 Microsoft Dynamics 365 中创建、运行默认的（现成可用的）或基于 SQL 的自定义报告并安排其日程表。

不需要Microsoft Dynamics 365 Reporting Extensions以运行Microsoft Dynamics 365。 然而，如果要在 Microsoft Dynamics 365 中创建、使用报告或安排报告的日程表，您必须安装 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Reporting Extensions。 此外，如果您想创建或导入组织，如当您通过使用 部署管理器 从 Microsoft Dynamics 365 的较早版本进行迁移时，则必须安装这些扩展插件。

  • 此版本的 Microsoft Dynamics 365 不支持 32 位版本的 Microsoft SQL Server 2012Reporting Services。

  • 对 Microsoft Dynamics 365 服务器 的使用不支持 SQL Server Compact 或 Microsoft SQL Server Express 版本。

  • 不支持将 Microsoft SQL Server 2008 版本与此版本 Microsoft Dynamics 365 服务器 结合起来使用。

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Reporting Extensions 要求

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Reporting Extensions 组件具有以下要求：

  • 必须完成 Microsoft Dynamics CRM 服务器安装程序后，才能运行 Microsoft Dynamics CRM Reporting Extensions 安装程序。

  • 只能在计算机上的一个 Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 实例上安装和运行 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Reporting Extensions。

  • 运行 Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 实例（Microsoft Dynamics 365 Reporting Extensions 在其上运行）的标识帐户不能是本地系统或虚拟帐户。 这是 Microsoft Dynamics 365 报告正常工作所必需的，因为标识帐户必须添加到 Microsoft Dynamics 365 使用的 PrivReportingGroup Active Directory 安全组。

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 的各个部署不能共享一台 Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 服务器。 不过，具有多个组织的 Microsoft Dynamics 365 的单个部署可以使用相同的 Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 服务器。

  • 如果数据集较小且用户较少，则可以使用单服务器部署或多服务器部署。 如果数据集较大或用户较多，则运行复杂报表时性能会快速降低。 使用多服务器部署时，其中一台运行 SQL Server 的计算机用于 Microsoft Dynamics 365，另一台服务器用于 Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services。

Report Authoring Extension 要求

Microsoft Dynamics 365报表创作扩展 需要使用 SQL Server Data Tools 来创作与 Microsoft Dynamics 365 结合使用的基于 Fetch 的报表。

必须在具有以下软件的 PC 上安装在 Microsoft Dynamics 365报表创作扩展。

  • Microsoft Visual Studio 2015、Microsoft Visual Studio 2013、Microsoft Visual Studio 2012或Microsoft Visual Studio 2010。

    备注

    需要 报表创作扩展 的 2017 年 5 月更新，才能兼容 Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 和 Microsoft Visual Studio 2013。请从 Microsoft 下载中心下载。

  • SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT) 随 Microsoft Visual Studio 安装。

  • 如果您的组织使用 Microsoft Office 365，请确保装有 Microsoft Dynamics 365报表创作扩展 的计算机也安装了 Microsoft Online Services 登录助手。 如果已安装 Microsoft Online Services 登录助手，请检查注册表项 SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSOIdentityCRL，确保 MSOIdentityCRL 中的 TargetDir 注册表项包含 msoidcli.dll。
