List Places
Design list place pages when you want to support users in overviewing and finding entities or entries to work with.
List Place guidelines
From the user’s perspective, the following are qualities of a well-designed list place:
Displays a single collection of entities or entries that the user needs for their work.
Has a page title that clearly identifies the collection and any specific view that is in effect.
Puts the most important columns first, so scrolling is not typically necessary.
Is accessible from the Department pages, and included in all relevant activity buttons in the navigation pane.
Includes one or two FactBoxes to give necessary statistics and quick access to related documents.
