TeamFoundationVersionControlService.QueryPendingChangeSignature 方法

也称为“请先协调”。获取服务器上的当前等待指定的工作区域的更改签名。 如果它等于客户端的挂起的更改签名，则控件可以跳过，因为没有要执行的工作。
