Child Elements:
imgEffect : A CT_PictureEffect element that specifies an effect applied to the picture.
Attributes:
r:embed : An ST_RelationshipId ([ISO/IEC-29500-1] section 22.8.2.1) attribute that specifies the relationship identifier that is used to determine the location of the picture.
