除非特别指明，否则 Notification Services 中的 datetime 值采用通用协调时间 (UTC) 格式。

除非特别指明，否则所有系统存储过程返回 0 值表示成功，返回非零值则表示失败。

其他 Notification Services 存储过程

实例数据库和应用程序数据库包含该存储过程引用中未记录的各存储过程。未记录的存储过程仅供内部使用。不支持从应用程序中显式调用这些存储过程，这样可能会导致 Notification Services 应用程序中出现意外行为。
