如何排除 SQL Server 2000 和 SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services 的并行安装故障

如果执行 SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services 的并行安装，或在主机上安装 Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 版或注册 ASP.NET 2.0，则在 Internet 信息服务 (IIS) 5.0 中或在 IIS 5.0 的隔离模式下运行的 SQL Server 2000 Reporting Services 安装可能会停止运行。根据所用的操作系统，会出现不同错误。

Microsoft Windows XP

报表服务器无法对访问报表服务器数据库中的敏感数据或加密数据时所用的对称密钥进行解密。必须还原备份密钥，或删除所有加密内容，然后重新启动该服务。

其他 Windows 服务器

在指定的状态中使用该密钥时无效。

安装 SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services 后，请执行以下步骤，以更新 SQL Server 2000 版本的 Reporting Services 安装。

更新 SQL Server 2000 Reporting Services 安装

  1. 在 <drive>:\Documents and Settings\<machine_name>\ASPNET\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\ 下，搜索名为“1aedd7b5699f3d6a88e354100b596aae*”的文件。

  2. 删除该文件。

  3. 运行 RSActivate –r –c <rsreportserver.config file>，指定 SQL Server 2000 Reporting Services 安装的 RSReportServer.config 文件的完全限定路径。如果路径中包含空格，则必须用引号将整个路径引起来。
