若要发送和接收大于 2 GB 的 varbinary(max) 值,应用程序必须使用 SQLBindParameter 且将 ColumnSize 设置为 SQL_SS_LENGTH_UNLIMITED 以绑定参数,并在 SQLExecDirectSQLExecute 之前将 StrLen_or_IndPtr 的内容设置为 SQL_DATA_AT_EXEC。

与任何执行时数据参数一样,该数据将与 SQLParamDataSQLPutData 一起提供。

如果该列未与 SQLBindCol 绑定,则可以调用 SQLGetData 以为 FILESTREAM 列分块提取数据。

如果它与 SQLBindCol 绑定,则可以更新 FILESTREAM 数据。

如果对绑定列调用 SQLFetch,在缓冲区不够大而无法容纳整个值时,您将收到“数据被截断”的警告。忽略该警告,并使用 SQLParamDataSQLPutData 调用来更新此绑定列中的数据。如果它与 SQLBindCol 绑定,则使用 SQLSetPos 可以更新 FILESTREAM 数据。

示例

FILESTREAM 列的行为与 varbinary(max) 列完全相似,但没有大小限制。它们被绑定为 SQL_VARBINARY。(SQL_LONGVARBINARY 用于图像列,并且对该类型有限制。例如,SQL_LONGVARBINARY 不能用作输出参数。)以下示例显示对 FILESTREAM 列的直接 NTFS 访问。这些示例假定已在数据库中执行以下 Transact-SQL 代码:
