• obj
  类型：System.Object
  A Object containing the object to compare.

• rightOperand
  类型：Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Utility.Utility.Key
  A Key object containing the right-hand side of the key to compare.

返回值

类型：System.Boolean
A Boolean value that indicates whether the two values are unequal. Returns true if one parameter is nullnull 引用（在 Visual Basic 中为 Nothing） and the other is not, or if the two parameters are unequal. Otherwise, false.
