如何执行移动设备客户端自检

Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007 移动设备管理包括的自检可确定移动设备客户端是否能与 Configuration Manager 2007 设备管理点通信。“自检”URL 在客户端安装期间安装在移动设备客户端上。

要运行移动设备客户端自检，请执行下列步骤：

运行移动设备客户端自检

  1. 在移动设备上导航到 \Temp 文件夹。在 Windows Mobile Smartphone 2003 上导航到 \Storage\Temp 文件夹。

  2. 运行“自检”。将打开 Web 浏览器窗口，显示“将在 5 秒后执行设备管理自检。如果您的浏览器没有自动执行自检，请单击此处。”

  3. 如果浏览器没有执行自检，请单击链接以执行自检。如果设备正与设备管理点通信，网页将显示下列信息：

    • 运行时间（微秒）

    • ISAPI 开始时间

    • 站点代码

自检结果

如果移动设备与设备管理点通信正常，结果将如下所示：

其中 [时间] 是运行所用的微秒数，[ISAPI] 是年-月-日期时间格式的开始时间，[SMS] 则是 Configuration Manager 2007 站点的站点代码。

如果自检结果有错误，那么 Configuration Manager 2007 移动设备客户端将无法与 Configuration Manager 2007 移动设备管理点通信。使用浏览器错误消息信息来诊断通信问题。
