解决方案

  • 网络适配器设备驱动程序 - Windows PE 映像可能没有访问相应网络适配器设备驱动程序的权限。

  • IPsec - 网络可能在 IPsec 要求模式下运行。如果 IPsec 正在运行，Windows PE 映像将无法与管理点、状态迁移点或分发点通信。
