In Configuration Manager, the IISMetabaseDiscoverySource element describes discovery information to discover instances of a setting from the Internet Information Services (IIS) metabase.

Controls the depth of discovery for a File System lookup. Options include:

Base = Root container

OneLevel = One container below the root.

Subtree = Recursive search from the root container down.
