三维 Microsoft.Office.Tools.Excel.ChartSheet 的旋转角（绘图区绕 z 轴的旋转角，以度为单位）。此属性的值必须在 0 到 360 之间，但三维条形图除外（其中该值必须在 0 到 44 之间）。默认值为 20。

备注

只适用于三维 Microsoft.Office.Tools.Excel.ChartSheet。
