参数
bSysColor
指示背景色是否应设置为系统值。如果此值为 TRUE，cr 被忽略。cr
请求的背景色。使用时，才 bSysColor 是 FALSE。
返回值
此 CRichEditCtrl 对象以前的背景色。
备注
背景色可以设置为系统值或运行到指定的 COLORREF 值。
