rotate_copy 算法旋转在范围 [First, Last) 的元素右侧按 n 位置 (其中 n = 中间 -First) 和复制到结果相同大小的序列,开始在结果。它返回在结果序列中的最后一个新元素之后确定的迭代器。

说明说明

OutputIterator 应与将旋转的顺序不同。如果两者相同,则结果取决于实现。
