The HandleErrorFromOurXln method processes local errors that occur during a log name exchange (XLN).

Error
[in] A DTCLUXLNERROR struct that describes the error.

Return Values

This method returns the standard value E_UNEXPECTED, as well as the following:

S_OK
Method completed successfully.

XACT_E_CONNECTION_DOWN
The connection is down.
