Get Operation API 是一个 HTTP GET 请求，它允许调用方检查转换过程的状态并检索conversionId值。

此路径将从对 POST /conversions 的调用中获取。在进行中时，将返回 HTTP 200 响应代码，且不带额外标头 -完成后返回具有标头的 Resource-Location HTTP 200 响应代码。
