要移除的向量项的从零开始的索引。

使用 .NET 编程时，此接口是隐藏的，应使用 System.Collections.Generic.IList<T> 接口。

如果索引在范围外，视图将引发异常。

C++/WinRT 如果索引在范围外，矢量将引发 hresult_out_of_bounds 异常。

C++/CX 如果索引在范围外，矢量将引发 OutOfBoundsException 异常。
