Windows Vista： 目前， RpcServerSubscribeForNotification 和 RpcServerUnsubscribeForNotification 不支持此值。
RpcNotificationClientDisconnect
值：1
客户端已断开连接。
RpcNotificationCallCancel
值： 2
RPC 调用已取消。
