参数

[in] psi

类型： IShellItem*

指向包含要读取的图像流的对象的指针。

[in] cx

[in] cy

[in] iQuality

重新压缩质量的指示，范围为 0 到 100。

[in] pstg

接收写入到的输出流的 IStream 接口指针变量的地址。

返回值

类型： HRESULT
