SayAsInterpretAs_None 值： 0 文本应使用文本转语音引擎的默认值进行朗读。
SayAsInterpretAs_Spell 值：1 文本应逐个字符朗读。
SayAsInterpretAs_Cardinal 值： 2 文本是整数或十进制数，应作为基数朗读。
SayAsInterpretAs_Ordinal 值： 3 文本是整数，应以序号的形式朗读。
SayAsInterpretAs_Number 值： 4 文本应以数字的形式朗读。
SayAsInterpretAs_Date 值： 5 文本应作为日期朗读。
SayAsInterpretAs_Time 值： 6 文本应作为时间值朗读。
SayAsInterpretAs_Telephone 值： 7 文本应以电话号码的形式朗读。
SayAsInterpretAs_Currency 值： 8 文本应以货币的形式朗读。
