Hello, I’m Henry. I’m happy to share my insights on this issue. I’m working to translate and fully understand the situation

Based on what you've described (a new Win11 PC, and it suddenly stopped working), I think issue can be caused by either a software setting or a hardware problem.

    Step 1:

    • Please try pressing the Fn key + the Windows Key at the same time.
    • If that doesn't work, look for a key with a joystick icon or a key that says "Win Lock" and press it once.
    • If the Windows key starts working after this, then we've found out the issue. If not, no problem at all. That just tells us the issue is likely a software setting within Windows itself.

Step 2: If Unlocking Didn't Work, Let's Force Windows to Re-enable It

    1. Since your Win key isn't working, press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open the Task Manager.
    2. At the top of the Task Manager, click "Run new task".
    3. Type regedit in the box and press OK. This will open the Registry Editor.
    4. In the address bar at the very top of the editor, copy and paste this exact path, then press Enter: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
    5. Now, look at the main panel on the right. Are you see a value named NoWinKeys?
      • If you do see it, right-click on NoWinKeys and choose Delete.
      • If you don't see it, that's fine too. Just close the editor.
    6. Restart your computer for the change to take effect.

Step 3: If you've done the steps above and it's still not working, we need to know for sure if the problem is with your keyboard or with Windows.

    • Do you have another keyboard you can plug in and test?
      • If the Windows key works on the new keyboard, then we know your original keyboard has a hardware fault.
      • If the Windows key also fails on the new keyboard, then the problem is 100% a deeper software issue within Windows.

I hope my explanation helps guide you in the right direction.
