Hello,

As a first step, try to reset Quick access.

Close every File Explorer window. Press Win+R, type %AppData% then press Enter.
Open Microsoft > Windows > Recent > AutomaticDestinations. Delete the file named f01b4d95cf55d32a.automaticDestinations-ms. If Windows says the file is in use, restart the PC and try again.

Note: This resets all Quick access pins, so you may need to pin your usual folders again.

Reopen File Explorer and check Quick access. The pinned FTP address should be gone.
