outlook.com 無法使用 microsoft authenticator驗證

您好 我使用Apple 手機

但我的手機故障導致

我無法使用microsoft authenticator 進行驗證

進行兩階段登入

目前可以用信箱完成驗證碼登入
但之後系統還是要我使用microsoft authenticator 進行驗證才能重設密碼

但我也沒有25碼的復原密碼

文字也無法

帳號復原表單填了也沒回應

而且表單前面也說兩階段驗證不適用於帳號復原

致電客服與線上客服都說無法處理我的問題

請問我要怎麼做才能救回我的帳號
