請執行下列步驟，為每個工作專案字段建立服務勾點訂用帳戶。

1. 移至您的 項目設定。
2. 選取 [服務勾點 + 建立訂用>帳戶]。
3. 選擇 [Web Hooks] 作為 [下一步] 事件>類型。
4. 選取 [工作專案更新 為觸發程式事件類型]。
5. 指定您要監視訂用帳戶組態對話框中變更的欄位。 例如，如果您想要追蹤 [狀態] 字段中的變更，請將篩選設定為 [字段：狀態]。 您也可以篩選事件，只包含指定區域路徑下的專案、只有指定的工作項目類型，以及只包含指定標籤的工作專案。
6. 選取 [下一步]。
7. 在 [設定] 對話框中繼續，然後 測試 或 完成 建立您的訂用帳戶。

某些產品/環境也包含一個 baseUrl 字段，其中包含每個提供容器完整 URL 的專案。 您可以使用此 URL 來建立容器的連線，以呼叫 REST API。
