Please help to show my exam record and certificate on my dashboard

I need help that I cannot show my exam record and certificate on my dashboard because when my school helped me to register the exam, they generated a Candidate ID for me that I had no record. Now, my exam record and certificate cannot be displayed on my dashboard. Please help.
