I am creating an Azure Function using the Azure portal. I want to add the requests and pillow packages to the requirements.txt file, but I cannot find the file. Can someone please tell me how to find the requirements.txt file in an Azure Function?

I have tried the following:

• Searching for the file in the root directory of the function app.
• Checking the settings of the function app in the Azure portal.

However, I am still unable to locate the requirements.txt file.
